The Tourist Tax is not included in the price and must be paid directly to the guest’s host.
Apartments will be ready for occupancy at 16.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day if departure. Late check-outs can be booked at a surcharge.
Reservations are binding and require advance payment equal to 30% of the price.
Should the reservation be cancelled, the advance payment will not be refunded.
No reimbursements or discounts will be granted for days not used due to delayed arrival or early departure.
